Area of Operations:
An area in
which an investigator conducts his investigations. Long Island,
Nassau County, Queens County, Suffolk County, New York City,
Brooklyn (Kings County) and Westchester and Putnam Counties.

Asset Investigation:
A specific
form of investigation designed to search for hidden funds, assets,
cash, property, stocks, bonds, annuities, and any other form of
personal holding either locally or in off shore accounts.. Most
commonly used in a Matrimonial case.

Background
Investigation: A specific form of
investigation where-in facts are uncovered using multiple sources to
determine the true nature of an individuals past and present. Each
background investigation is specific and focused on one subject.

Cheating Spouse:
One who is having
an extramarital affair or affairs with one or multiple individuals
or a spouse who is a persistent cheater over time.

Custody Cases:
Specific
investigations dealing with the sensitive matter of child custody.
Most investigations include, Parental Abduction, visitation issues,
child support matters and orders of protection. This type of case
employs most of the above investigation methods.

GPS Tracking:
Using Global Position Satellites a persons actual physical location
can be pinpointed within six feet any where on Planet Earth. Once a
GPS receiver is implanted in a subjects automobile the location of
that vehicle is immediately determined. GPS Tracking is generally
used in conjunction with Physical Surveillance.

Infidelity:
The extramarital
activities of a spouse, with another man or woman, without the
knowledge of the other spouse.

Insurance Fraud:
Using
Investigation techniques of Surveillance and trailing in an attempt
to uncover bogus insurance claims, workers compensation claims and
personal injury cases. All activities in this type of case are
documented with Video and still photography.

The science of
uncovering facts, data and information and then coordinating the
information as it pertains to a particular situation. An
Investigation is designed to maximize the facts of a particular case
and provide answers to questions and situations.

Male/Female Subject:
The subject
of a matrimonial investigation

Male/Female Suspect:
The party who
is identified as the individual with whom the subject is having an
extramarital affair.

Matrimonial
Surveillance: Surveillance
investigation with the specific goal of ascertaining the activities
of a suspected cheating spouse.

Parental Abduction:
The act of
removing a child or children from the custody of either parent
without the consent of the other. This is a State Crime and also a
Federal offense if the children are taken across State lines with
the consent of the other parent. Can also be considered Custodial
Interference even without a court order determining physical
custody.

Personal or Court
Evidence: The
facts that are uncovered by a licensed Private Investigator through
his due diligence investigation, which are presented in a written
and documented report for use in a Court of Law.

Private Investigator:
A Person with
is trained and proficient in the act of investigation, is generally
someone with a Military or Police background in the art of
Investigation. This individual is usually licensed by either a State
or Local Agency.

Surveillance: The act of
observing a person, place or a vehicle. The object of surveillance,
whether stationary or mobile is to observe the activities of a
person, activities at an address or movement of a vehicle.

Investigation: A combination of
Trailing, Surveillance and Investigation techniques, with the
intention of providing specific information in regard to certain
individual.

Trailing: The actually physical
surveillance of an individual or a vehicle with the intention of
ascertaining the activities of that person. Most commonly employed
in the commission of matrimonial, insurance fraud or criminal cases.

The documentation
of surveillance activities using Video and still photography. Use
primarily in the Matrimonial, Criminal and Insurance Cases.
